This set is made of Stainless Steel and are cutlery blanks, they are sold as a pair. They come with a bolster and are great for that cheese platter to take picnicking or at home, nice and small so that they don't take up much room on your board.
Blade is just over 2" long, these are a petite set.
PS. The fork is to hold the cheese in place while you cut it with the blade.
